The Traditional Quantity Surveyor

Dark grey suit, white shirt, black shoes and sober tie?? Hang on that’s Not Us.

My tie collection is legendary.

Tradition comes from the Latin word traditio which means "to hand down" or "to hand over." A tradition is a practice, custom, or story that is memorized and passed down from generation to generation.

We don’t tell stories but utilise well proven surveying customs and practices handed down and refined by our peers, over generations

I believe the term traditional applied to the QS profession is that the company offer services that have been used ever since the profession started. These have been supplemented over the years with additional services dependent upon the needs of the procurer.

We have identified our offered services into two parts:

‘Employers’ Agent’ and a short précis on the ‘Role of the QS’
