CHA-QS has been up and running for over a decade. Our base is the ancient market town of Warwick, however our workforce and working methods are anything but ancient. This is a young, dynamic practice bursting with ideas and utilising the very best of today’s technology.

What helps to set us apart from other quantity surveying practices is a different attitude. We believe in giving 110% to every job and in doing so have become the comfort factor for many clients. By looking at drawings and designs with a critical eye during the process of measurement, we often spot anomalies and problems early on, thus making life easier for everyone.
